Hi,
Andhra University distance B.Ed course is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha conducts Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test OTET in order to select candidates for the appointment of teacher for Classes I to VIII in government, private aided, and private unaided schools of Odisha. It may be noted that clearing OTET exam does not guarantee employment of a candidate in a school. It is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment, states the official website.
Thanks.

Hi Abhijeet,
You have to take this decision on your own. Apply to top ranked universities in both the countries, getting into a tier 3 university abroad will give little value as in India university reputation is more important. Moreover, the top schools will train you such that you can be fit to work anywhere in the world. India also has good business schools from IIMs to XLRI. Try in those as well.

Hi Abhijeet, whether you will get a job will depend on your academic qualification and skillset. Mere pursuing your degree from abroad will not get you a job. You must perform well in your class, develop your all-rounded skills, gain some work experience if possible in Canada before coming back to India. Also, try to get into a good and reputed university.
