You must first decide where to study, as every country requirements are different. Prepare for SAT if you wish to study in US. TOEFL or IELTS are English language tests you must take irrespective of the country you go. Bachelors degree fee may range from $15000 to $30000 per year.

In India only IITs will give you degree from aerospace engineering. For that you to qualify in IIT JEE exam. there many fake colleges who also give you worthless degree so be careful check AICTE approval of that college before you get admitted.
