CA starts with class 11th. Some people do it along with their degree/ PG courses like B.Com or MBA in finance. It is a legal need of any company to appoint a CA.

Of course, you can get high package of salary after completing CA/CS. These are professional courses.
But in earlier stage, you might get lesser salary than your expectation.
But after getting experience you can get higher package.

For long term prospects you should opt for B.Pharm and then Masters in the same. However, you have to make the final decision, check entry requirements of both. If B.Pharm is tougher for you then go for a D.Pharma.

With 70 percentile marks, you will get into a decent college. But the placement scenario in such colleges will be at risk. There is only 50% chance that you will get placed. But in case you have to choose a college, go for the one with better infrastructure.

You do not require any online course to prepare for CAT if you are good at the fundamentals. You need to solve the previous year's question papers. Also, Shiksha provides you with great study material please go through them. It would be great if you can enroll yourself into some institute for coaching.

There are plenty of off campus drive organized by top IT firms. There are plenty of openings for android and ios developers. You can also prepare for government jobs like bank, SSC, IAS, etc. IES is not for your branch.
