You can go for chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, electrical or electronics. I will not recommend CSE because in India they do not teach any industrial related content like android, PHP, IOS, or Python. They only teach 10% percent of Java and Dot net. You have to learn these languages from private. IT companies don't care about your engineering degree, they recruit any engineering graduate with the knowledge related to the IT industry. If you are looking for campus recruitment then also you have to clear their aptitude test and PI. In PI they just test your leadership quality.

B.Com is having limited concept but is more of a subject specific course. On the other hand, BBA has better scope than B.Com. Yes, BBA is better if you to want have good knowledge of business and want to survive in the corporate world, but if you want to have knowledge in the specific area then opt for B.Com.
I will advise you to go for BBA with some specialization.
