Few good colleges like IIMC, XIC, MICA etc. conduct their own entrance exams for admissions to similar courses. The basic requirement for admission is good English both written and verbal, minimum qualification required is +2 from a recognized board. The entrance would consist of few objective type questions on GK, reading comprehension, grammar, etc. At the end i would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.
As for jobs, I would like to say that Mass Comm has a bright future and Salary would depend upon your interview and negotiation skills.

As you are pursuing your graduation, it is important you concentrate on it and try to score well so to gain higher education opportunities in good and reputed institutes.
However, in future although the course to be opted shall be a decision based on your area of interest and preferences but then you can always opt for courses like M.Com, MBA in Finance if inquiring for the master's courses. Other than this, CFA and CFP are also good career options but the two are quite different from one another i.e. differs in everything like curriculum approach, career prospects, industry recognition etc. It would be difficult to compare these courses. But then to be able to pursue CFA, it is advised to pursue the certification from the CFA Institute also the preference is given to candidates with minimal required work experience as well.
