well if you want admission in IIT Bombay, you need to appear for IITJEE and get a rank within top 100 for coveted branches like electronics whereas you can get chemical at a rank within 700.
AIEEE is meant for admissions to NITs. to get admission in NIT Trichy, you must get an AIR within 2000.

No there is no part time course of Law in pune, not only in pune anywhere in India Law is not offered in Distance Education Mode. As of now LLB is not offered through Distance Education Mode and/or Part time and/or open Education system and/or Online mode as because the Bar Council of India (the sole regulatory of all LLB courses across in India), dose not recognizes the offering of LLB through these modes.
Please note that in respect of LLB course only University Grants Commission's recommendation is not enough the course should also by approved by Bar Council of India.
