Well i have heard of dual degree in IITs. what they do is offer BTech and MTech together and course duration is 5 years for this combo whereas if done separately, it will take 6 years(4 years BTech and 2 years MTech).
to the best of my knowledge, GRV doesnt offer dual degree.
