M.Sc and MASc are research oriented degrees and theoretical. M.Eng is application oriented. MASc is very difficult to get into and includes a thesis. MASc programs are also designed for engineers so many students enroll into M.Eng programs and then try to transfer to the MASc program after completing a few courses and obtaining good grades. Almost all top Canadian universities offer a Masters in computer science, please visit the university websites for details and their research work. Your CGPA is a little low so you should appear for GRE as well as IELTS and score well in both. GRE and IELTS both are different exams so you must do well in both the exam. All the best.
