With your undergraduate score, you will need to have an amazing GRE score, good recommendations and a terrific SoP. I would encourage you to work hard to score 317+ in GRE. IELTS is just a measure of your English proficiency and nothing much. A score of 6.5-7 or above is good enough. You need to work had on other aspects of your application.

H202 - Hydrogen per Oxide
H2O - water,
Here is your answer:
Hydrogen peroxide has more electrons, which gives a greater polarizability for H2O2 and stronger London dispersion forces.
H2O2 has a much greater dipole moment than water does. H2O2 is 2.26 Debye vs 1.86 Debye for water.
H2O2 exhibits hydrogen bonding and with one additional oxygen atom, compared to water.
That's why hydrogen peroxide boiling point is 150 degree Celsius and water boiling point is 100 degree Celsius.

CFA is certificate course comprising 3 levels and organised by ICFAI, moreover, it is just a certificate course, not post-graduation, so it is advisable to go for MBA in finance from a premier B-school for best placements.
