If you want to study embedded systems particularly, I'll suggest you to look into Europe. Few suggestions are:
KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden
TU Eindhoven, Netherlands
TU Berlin, Germany
All three have really good programs in this course.

NCERTs of standard 11th and 12th are the best books for examinations conducted by CBSE. You need to be very thorough with it. Apart from that solve a good number of MCQs for the same.

Diploma in polytechnic is done after class 10th, as you said you have done 12th then there is no need of doing diploma, you can go for BE or B.Tech directly and yes, it is very good for your career.

Yes you are eligible for LLB course and Yes, LLB (Bachelor of Laws) typically requires candidates to have completed their graduation from arecogniseduniversity or institution. Few years back, CSE graduates could get junior PM role with 5 years of experience in IT industry. Nowadays you can get promoted to PM role in 8 to 10 years after your Development/ Testing/ BA career. If you have already performed team leader/ project leader job, you ae advised to go for PMP or PRINCE2 certification to be ready for PM role. Additional qualifications such as MBA will be value added and will also open opportunities in sales & account management role beside career opportunities as PM.
