Hi Abbas,
In order to pursue MS from universities in USA, you need to take the below mentioned exams:
1. GRE
2. TOEFL
GRE, is a test which need to be taken by all the students who wish to study engineering or technological related courses in US universities, GRE is of 1600 marks, generally all the good universities in USA, requires 1400 plus score in GRE.

As far as I know, there is no one-year course which is equivalent to MCA, unless you seek lateral entry to second year of MCA programme, after one-year PGDCA. I would suggest you not to take shortcuts.

Dear Student, in every country degree, master degree or PHD matters a lots for when it comes to job. Higher education always metters. Otherwise why people struggle to go for higher studies. If you have just a diploma based on minimum qualification (like eg in India 10th or 12th) then you may get some job, but bigger companies wont hire you. For example company where I used to work, MOTOROLA which is a US MNC has HR policies which hire only graduates for mainstream IT jobs. Many MNCs shall have very similar policies whether in India or Abroad. But if you have done Diploma after your graducation, like PG Diploma then things are different
