Hi Abbas,
In order to pursue MS from universities in USA, you need to take the below mentioned exams:
1. GRE
2. TOEFL
GRE, is a test which need to be taken by all the students who wish to study engineering or technological related courses in US universities, GRE is of 1600 marks, generally all the good universities in USA, requires 1400 plus score in GRE.
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language), is a test which need to taken by all the students, whose first or native language is not English, its of 120 marks, generally all the good universities in USA, requires 90 plus score in TOEFL.
Apart from the tests mentioned above, the student needs to have a good academic background throughout, preferably 60% in graduation.
Apart from these you also need:
1. Letter of Recommendation, 3 No: (academic/professional), all academic if not working; at least 1 academic if you are a working professional.
2. SOP, (Statement of purpose).
3. Resume.
4. Financial Statement.
5. Affidavit of Support, in case your studies are being sponsored by your parents.

The most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing the subjects for Civil service examination is that you should have a strong hold on the fundamentals of those subjects and the subjects with which you are most comfortable as that will help you in your preparation to a great extent. There are few combinations which are not allowed to be taken which are:
Political Science & International relations and Public Administration
Commerce & Accountancy and Management
Anthropology and Sociology
Mathematics and Statistics
Agriculture and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
Management and Public Administration
Any two branches of engineering
Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science and Medical Science
Combination if two Literatures

Dear Student, in every country degree, master degree or PHD matters a lots for when it comes to job. Higher education always metters. Otherwise why people struggle to go for higher studies. If you have just a diploma based on minimum qualification (like eg in India 10th or 12th) then you may get some job, but bigger companies wont hire you. For example company where I used to work, MOTOROLA which is a US MNC has HR policies which hire only graduates for mainstream IT jobs. Many MNCs shall have very similar policies whether in India or Abroad. As per your qualification, you are very much eligible to apply for several jobs in both govt. or private sectors as per the vacancy and job requirements. Further, you can opt for a UGC NET and if qualified, you can commence a career in the lectureship.
