Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

Eligibility Graduates (at least a three year bachelor degree) in any discipline with an aggregate of 50 percent or more marks are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the bachelor degree can also apply, provided they complete their degree course prior to the commencement of the PGDM programme. Admission Procedure Candidates should appear either Common Admissions Test (CAT) conducted by the IIMs or Xavier Admission Test (XAT) conducted by XLRI or Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by AICTE, KIAMS uses CAT / XAT / CMAT for short listing the candidates. IIMs, XLRI and AICTE have no role either in selection process or in conduct of the programme. Additionally the candidates should register with KIAMS through a separate application form. The short-listed candidates will be called for Group Activity, Group Work and Interview at one of the centers -New Delhi, Lucknow, Indore, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Harihar, Pune and Cochin, etc, as notified in the admissions application form.

Psychology signifies the scientific study of the human mind and behavior. There is tremendous scope in the field. To build a career in Psychology, you have two options :
1)
If you have completed plus two in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as your subjects, you may go for MBBS. And after that you may either do a postgraduate course (M.D.- Doctor of Medicine) in Psychiatry or a Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine (DPM) to become a qualified Psychiatrist.
2)
You may opt for graduation and post graduation in Psychology to become a Psychologist.
