Hi,
As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
However, as per your profile you may consider pursuing certificate or diploma course in:
- Training and Development.
- Managing Organizational Change.
- Employment Law.
- Staffing Strategy.
- Human Resource Planning.
- Retail.
- Visual merchandising, etc.
Feel free to discuss more.

Clinical research is a specialized field that requires specific training to carry out various job functions. With the increasing number of clinical trials there is a projection of the requirement of trained manpower in big numbers. Although clinical research is becoming a lucrative career option for medical, pharmacy, dental and life-sciences students, an unmet need of basic clinical research training exists at the level of individual curriculum. Recent trends in clinical research industry are suggestive of employment preference to the personnel having a basic orientation and certification in clinical research.
