I remember answering you earlier. As a B.COM graduate, your friend can explore the finance jobs even in Automobile industry but with not much scope. S/he should look our for positions that are related to his/her K.R.A.
Also I've already suggested you with various add on courses that can definitely enhance the career path both in terms of salary and designation.
