It is duly approved by Distance Education Council, Govt of India which consists of tripartite committe of UGC-DEC-AICTE. However Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning is an autonomus Institute and not a university. Programs offered are Post Graduate DIploma's. PG Diploma in Business Administration is at par with MBA . Do cross check with requirements of Government Jobs and applicability of PG Diploma's as qualification for them.

Commerce graduates with 50% marks, non-commerce graduates with subjects other than Mathematics with an aggregate of 55% marks and non-commerce graduates with Maths with an aggregate of 60% marks are exempted from the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) and are permitted to register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC).
You can follow the procedure mentioned below-
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of In

As per my search I could find three colleges offering B.Sc Biotechnology in Ghaziabad. Below is the list :
-DPA Institute of Higher Education
-ITS Paramedical College
-ITS Physiotherapy and Biotechnology College
