As per my background, I may suggest you the following modules-
1. SAP Material Management
SAP MM (Materials management) is integrated with other modules such as SD (Sales Distribution), PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management).
Thereafter you will work with Inventory/Warehouse department and also Logistics and Supply Chain.
2. SAP Product Planning
SAP Production Planning module consists of all master data, system configuration, and transactions to complete the Plan to Produce process. It includes the following information and processes:
Material Master, Bill of Material, Routing and Work Center data
Sales and Production Plans
