In 12th you need minimum 75% than you applicable to sitting in JEE advance exam because JEE is the biggest exam in india for engeeniring so, if you give this exam and secure decent score than you applicable to admission world famous college MEAN IIT .

Your past academic scores do not matter at all.
To get into FMS Delhi, make sure you score well in your CAT exam and get 99.7 percentile and perform in the extempore and PI round.

Preparing for JEE Advanced is like preparing for a good quality entrance exam. Questions here are invariably application based and unless concepts are well known, it's difficult to pass. There are indeed u tube videos but they are of limited value. Don't worry. There are enough students who have got admission in IIT without any coaching class.
