Depending on your interest and skill sets and based on your course of study in class 11th and class 12th, choose the subjects and specialization in degree programs. You can spend time talking to yourself and trusted mentors. For instance, Sciences: Engineering, medicine, Bachelor of Science in various specializations etc. Arts: languages, psychology, media and journalism, history and geography etc. Commerce: Accounting, investment banking, considering qualifications like ICWA and CA
Hotel management, hospitality management, BBA BBM, BCA etc. Are other viable options too
These are a few to name. As long as you pursue subjects that are of your interest and talent, I am sure you will do very well in the long run.

BHMS has a better scope. After the course completion (BHMS), you may find employment as:
1. Homeopathic practitioner in both India and abroad.
2. Medical representative at a private or government hospital.
3. Professor or a researcher in any homeopathic college.
4. You may start personal clinic.
5. You may setup retail shop of homeopathy medicines.
6. You may work in industries dealing with homeopathic preparations.
7. You may start your own pharmacy.
8. You may work in public and private sector.
9. You may work in private or government hospitals, clinics, NGOs, etc.

You can apply for:
M.D. is Masters Degree Level.
Ph.D. is Doctoral Degree Level.
It will be the best to finish both.
However, you should watch ICMR Website for announcement of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)- Rs. 16000/- per month and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF)- Rs. 24,000/- per month approx, for your PG and PhD. studies respectively. Also, you must not forget to tick yes in the box for "Lectureship also".
You need this lectureship to apply for Assistant Professors and Associate Professors in Govt. Medical colleges.
Your pay packet at end of the first month itself will be about Rs. 48000/- to 50000/-.
This will be the minimum requirement for applying to ICMR Scientist position also with similar pay scales.

This is a very tricky question to answer. Also, a term Successful Result is subjective.
I mean to say success positive result varies from person to person. Its upto you how you look at it.
I will share my personal experience with you.I have seen it and experienced it very closely As My younger sister has done her MBA from the institute in Pune called RIIM. Ramachandran international institute of Management Pune.
She has got the major professional certificates from IIM. She visited IIM Indore for almost 2.5 weeks. Done her part of curriculum and some sort of competition there.
Very result oriented industrial visits she had. Internships experience also helped her lot in her placements. The kind of discipline and culture they have its very practical and helpful. Then the faculty is also very supportive.
Now shes working in very reputed company at good designation and earning very well. Also she has paid back all the loan amount within a year she passed out.

Aatif don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. So I would suggest, better to study Computer Science engineering. If you want to sail through vast sea go with Marine engineering. If you have not decided what you want to do after B.Tech, sit for one or two days and decided what you want to do. If still confused, select any of the engineering mentioned in point # 1, 2 and 3 (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics). Best of luck.
