The minimum requirement to join pg diploma program is bachelor degree.
Since you have done till SY B.Com, it would be difficult for you to get into the pg diploma course.

You have a large number of options there. You can do Diploma or a professional degree courses like engineering, BCA, B.Sc and many more. Just do a little research and know about them.

The minimum requirement for the M.Sc program is B.Sc/B.Tech/BE. You must have completed B.Sc in mathematics/statistics/computer science/physics with mathematics/statistics as a major subject.

No, since the eligibility criteria says, you need to have a graduate degree from any one of the non-IT courses.

You can pursue graduation in hotel management.
There are two course for now, I guess:
BHM - Bachelor of hotel management
BCT - Bachelor of catering technology
BHM is for people who like service, housekeeping, receptionist they should have good communication skills.
BCT - is for those who like cooking want to become chef, it is a culinary filed.
So, you can choose BCT.
There are IIM in every state. It is a government institute proving course on both BHM and BCT. There are limited seats, apart from that private institutes. They will take you after conducting simple aptitude test and the standard fee is around INR. 80k to INR. 1.2 per year.

B.Tech study has an inclination towards the research area. So if you are interested to develop your career in research or pursue PhD then B.Tech is the appropriate choice. It includes the detailed study of programming and of software computers. During the course of B.Tech in information technology the student studies the methods to programme electronic equipment such that it works according to the instruction given. After completing B.Tech in information technology the student learns to develop software which is the basic requirement of various software firms.

You can get admission in any institute recognized by AICTE, UGC, AIU. You should score high percentiles in GATE in order to get a good college. IITs, NITs, IIITs, Delhi University, University of Madras, University of Calcutta, JNU, Assam university, University of Mumbai, Gujarat Technological university, Amity university etc.

Score is never an issue for this. You can pursue hotel management course from any of the renowned college they provide better Placements opportunities. For this private colleges are better and choice of college will be entirely yours.
