You should apply six sigma certification from ISEL Global. The trainers-has knowledge and ability to present complex theory into practical/understandable use. Completing your Bachelors studies in India would be cost effective plus IIT certainly has an excellent curriculum that provides an edge to the Indian students in the international universities. Studying your Bachelors in foreign country can be an expensive deal, as it covers 4 years of study period. But studying abroad provides you a global exposure and their curriculum is certainly much broader and flexible than the Indian studies. They provide practical hands on training. Foreign universities do provide better technology and infrastructure than in India.

Almost all European countries accepts 15 years of education, but Germany accepts 16 years of education especially for technical education. To get admission to German universities you should have excellent academic scores of above 65 percent. You need to appear for German language proficiency test, IELTS or TOEFL and GRE exam if the university has it in the admission requirement.

Practically speaking, PCM percentage has very less to do with engineering, but his interest in engineering is all you need. But, all government colleges through JEE Main and Advanced require 75% in class 12th. But, all pvt colleges except BITSAT can be available to you without having 75% in total. Just 60% marks would do. But, remember, your Interest matters most.
