It is UGC norms that any Bachelor's degree must be in 3 years with 6 Semester calendar plan. U can get Diploma in 1 year at least and less than one year it is called Certificate Course.

1) US is best for Eduacetion
2) No condition for that direct get admission in computer.
3) 75% is good for admission and give Entrance Exam for foreign Education.
4) 10-15 Lakhs of Education accomodation charges are separate.

However, as per your profile you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned course:
- M.Phil.
- Phd.

First of all don't think negative and prepare well for the entrance exam. A little bit of hard work is all that you need.
As for other options are considered, apart from medical field you can take other options like
-->Careers in Physiology-->Careers in Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology-->Careers in Genetic Counseling-->Careers in Human Genetics-->Careers in Forensic Science-->Careers in the Genetics Field

CCNA will not be useful for you. I think you should explore Infrastructure sector, which has high demand for skilled managerial professionals. You can do PG courses from SAMVIT School of Infrastructure Business, Pune, NICMAR, Adani, etc.
