Technically and legally, there is no problem. However, it appears that your B.Com is not good for whatever reasons and because of that only, you want to pursue another degree. This will create problem while seeking admission in abroad university. Your PG has to be after UG.

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language.
Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development line or testing line.
