The cut off depends on the number of applicants and their CAT scores. Since the application process is still going on, its very difficult to predict the cut off at this stage.

You need a decent CAT score. But the exact cut-off depends on the number of applicants and their scores. But the minimum requirement for admission to CIMP is 50 % in graduation (45 % for reserved category students).

Hi Shuza, you seem to be confused now. There are many things going in your mind right now. You have done BTech, teaching in a government primary school now planning to teach in college after any post graduation. Instead of directly jumping to teach in college I believe if you start teaching in 10th, 11th and 12th std classes for 1-2 years. It will give you confidence and also clarity about what subjects you are good to teach. Also, if you are already in a government job think twice before going ahead. I believe now the retirement age for teachers is 65 years now. So, if you are already secured in a current job then it is good. For teac

Even if you prepare or learn fully tje syllabus of +2, it will not be sufficient. You have to discover and practice doing problems and find solutions. IIT JEE is likely to be problem oriented though it will be based on some syllabus. Master the art of problem solving with in quick time. Coaching assistance is available from institutes like Brilliant Tutorials, Elite Academy etc.On line coaching assistance is also available. Practice materials are also available from leading book stalls.

Hi,
The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
So, as per your query, I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities to know the exact eligibility criteria for admission.
3. If you me

JMI doesn't use CAT or MAT score. It conducts its own test every year in June. Forms for admission become available by March end. After written round, there is GD/PI stage, after which final selection happens.

Abhi, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is regi
