It depends entirely on the college and shift you are targeting. Generally, a rank of 7000 something is enough to get computer Science in any of the decent colleges of IPU.

There is a way to do law without graduation, you can take B.A. LL.B. In any reputed college. However in a case that you don't have interest in Bachelors of art, and you are looking to do only LL.B. Course then, it's not possible as its a Masters degree, you may take up any graduation degree like BBA B.Com and B.Tech, etc.
