Hi,
As per your profile it will be difficult for you to get admission in this academic year, though students in their final year of graduation may get provisional admission in MBA program, but in most of the institutes these students need to submit their graduation certificate by the month of September.
Feel free to raise more questions. Appreciate by giving it thumbs up or marking as best.
All the Best.

Depending on the field of your work, the courses, training and certifications required may vary.
Most departments and agencies prefer candidates who have taken some vocational training or who have at least some previous work experience.
You can go for Bank PO exams, a path to public sector banks or you can sit for Civil Services such as I.A.S or I.P.S.
