For any group discussion exercise / test you need to display confidence, communicative ability and more importantly you leadership quality. For this, either take the lead right at the beginning as the discussion begins or wait patiently for your turn, speak very much to-the-point only, be specific, quote the other participant replies to all little extent so that it becomes clear that you have a capacity of listening also. Even after you have spoken in your turn, keep your focus on what others say. You might get to comment in the end. Your body language during the group discussion should be positive.
