If you have narrowed down on a B School, it is imperative for you to visit the B School personally and get all the relevant details. Lot of MBA \ PGDM aspirants make the mistake of going through the website and taking admission, talking to their peer group or people who have absolutely no idea whatsoever about how to make a choice. A personal visit is the best and should never be compromised.

Hi,
As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree from universities abroad.

Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:

*Writing.
*Speaking.
*Listening.
So, you may take any of these test.
Regarding preparation, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for IELTS or TOEFL.
These institute offers regular and weekend class
