As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree from universities abroad.
Please remember as the medium of education in universities abroad is English, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english, have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading.
*Writing.
*Speaking.
*Listening.
So, you may take any of these test.
Regarding preparation, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for IELTS or TOEFL.

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM, program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
CAT examination is divided into three sections:
1. Quantitative Aptitude.
2. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
3. Verbal Ability.
MAT examination includes following sections:
1. Intelligence and Critical Reasoning.
