Yes, you can definitely pursue aircraft maintenance engineering course. This is because even though you are saying that you are physically handicapped, what you have explained is that you are missing only half of your index finger and this will in no way affect your performance as an aircraft maintenance engineer. So do not worry and proceed to take admission and then subsequent DGCA certification before you start working on an aircraft as aircraft maintenance engineer.

IBS Hyderabad, Jaipur and Dehradun provides the degree of MBA but IBS Gurgaon provides a PGPM degree since it is an autonomous programme. MBA is a degree offered by colleges recognised by University Grant Commission(UGC) and PGDM is a diploma offered by the institutes recognised by All India Council by Technical Education(AICTE). Fianance would be most suitable if you perform well you will get good job like
corporate valuation merger banking operation and many more
if you dont perform well in mba you will end up in sales job
Other field you could take is marketing hr and least suitable option is operations
you can even go for MCom accountancy
or short term accounting courses conducted by recognised courses
if you can you should get job experience because nowadays companies desire experience but not necessary
you can go into finance by doing CFP which is short term certificate course for fianance eligibilty is you need work experience
