Please note that there is no difference between these degrees in terms of value and scope. ME and M.Tech have similar scope and future and on the same time BE and B.Tech also have same scope and future.
Now let's dig the question little deep. If BE and B.Tech or ME and M.Tech have same value and scope why the names are different.
Now as AICTE approve courses most of the courses are same and identical for BE and B.Tech. The universities those offering BE when started new courses named them to B.Tech too.

Hi ,
Irrespective of the student being a fresher or experienced the average salary ranges around 5-6 lakhs for marketing and finance specialisation batch. However there are few companies that would recruit only those who have proper experience in corporate , such candidates may have a chance to be offered higher salary but that also would be around 7-7.5 lakhs per annum .

Normally you cannot change your college after 2nd year. But the institute holds the rights. If the institute in which you are pursuing your degree allows you to leave and if the institute you wanna join allows you to join. Then in such special conditions you can shift. But I think its an ideal case. It may affect your academics and your degree as well.
