Overall fee for the MBA program is around Rs 12 lakhs for non-sponsored students.
For sponsored students - Rs 18 lakhs.
1st year Non Sponsored semester fee -Rs 2.99 lakhs.
1st year Sponsored semester fee - Rs 4.485 lakhs.
Hostel fee (if applicable): for Noida campus only:
Rs. 70,000/- per annum (Non AC);
Rs. 1,40,000/- per annum (AC) .
One time refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- has to be paid at the time of admission (Mess charges on actual basis).

CA course is managed and conducted by ICAI Board.
Though this course is divided into three stages I.e,
1. CPT-Common Proficiency Test.
2. IPCC.
3. Final.
But you are required to complete only last two stages because you have done your graduation.
After completing your graduation from Commerce stream with more than 55%, you are not required to give CPT.
You can directly appear in IPCC exams.
IPCC is divided into two groups:-
1. Group 1-There are 4 subjects in this group.
2. Group 2-There are 3 subjects in this Group.
You can appear in both the groups at one attempt or else you can appear in Group 1 first and after that second Group.

A very hard one to answer. I don't think even the RWTH admission officials will answer your question as selection criteria are strictly confidential. RWTH Aachen is one of the top TU9 universities in Germany and very tough to get into. Your arrear is a weak link but a good application packet may prove lucky. A CGPA of around 9.2 and higher could have been much better. You should still applythough.

There are multiple universities which offer M.Tech by distance learning or by part time. You may evaluate. As you have not mentioned your branch in graduation, it is difficult to advice you name of university to do M.Tech with job.

I don't have idea about Acharya Business School. Being a alumni of this University, I would like to answer your query. During my post graduation years, I had one roommate from same course and currently she is working with Wipro with decent package. She used to discuss everything with me weather placements, academics, class talks etc. I think you should not worry about the placements.
