If you were thinking to do Ph.D then it is a good option to do BZC, but in terms of job opportunities, B.Ed is a better option.

Yes, why not? Maximum students who can't study computer as the main subject in class 12th take admissions in BE/B.Tech, B.Sc and BCA, not only in CSE, but in every branch, it is not necessary that you learn that subject in your 10+2.

Minimum eligibility to apply for B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Mumbai, Fort Campus is a pass mark of 45% in graduation. Since you have only 40% in graduation, you are not eligible to apply for this course. However, there are many other law colleges in India where you can try your luck. Basic eligibility to apply for M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Hyderabad is that candidate should be a graduate with a minimum pass mark of 50% in graduation with minimum 50% marks in English (compulsory or optional subject).
