Then fill out a form to request the university to transfer you to other college.

If you want to do engineering only then you can apply to other colleges. Also, you can go for B.Sc or B.Sc honors.

Go for this option if you atleast have 60% in boards. Try for JEE Mains counselling and UPSEE counselling. Do not drop a year. You can also go for JEE Mains counselling in UPSEE and can get admission in a good college.
