The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA for batch 2020 by Microsoft. As per my knowledge, More than 20000 students reside in the on-campus hostel and nearly ,15000 avail food service. All the hostel have their own mess facilities. All the mess inside the campus are providing same food, menu. In order to provide students with more flexibility and increased choice of food varieties, the university is providing more options to the students in selecting the mess, flexible food options etc. The details of various options being provided to the students are
Choice of Menu
Standard menu- The standard food menu is the same existing option being provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea with snack with unlimited quantity for most of the items. Basic Menu-The students are now also given to opt for Basic Food menu which will have limited items with fixed quantity for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner only (No tea with snacks will be available in Basic food menu). Everyday Food menu gets changed. I had some friends from Kerala, Andra Pradesh, Telangana so they were provided south Indian food and I am fond of Idli, vada, dosa so sometimes we used to share the foods also. The food at LPU has a lot of variety because there are 350+ shops inside the campus providing all varieties of food from continental to south Indian and that too at very mediocre rates. Honestly, the mess food, they provide different types of food every day. The food was tasty. What you get is a planned diet, with salads, protein, vitamins, lentils, etc. No stale food, like the one which you might get in a restaurant, stalls, etc. Every meal is freshly prepared for a hot meal.

I recently visited the campus of Indo Global Colleges near Chandigarh which is one of the finest & excellent college of BCA in terms of ranking, reputation, the oldest, affiliation, best learning environment, state of the art infrastructure with well-equipped labs, workshops, digital classrooms equipment and tools etc. , beautiful surroundings, strong industry exposure & tie-ups, well qualified and experienced faculty & top placements. This college has tie-up with all leading academic and industrial top companies i.e. IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and Chennai, IBM, Cisco, Red Hat, Oracle, etc. I met concerned HOD of the computer science and he guided me very well. I'm sharing my experience based on my recent experience about this college on computer science and BCA.
