Yes, a Science student can chose B.A. LL.B. As a career option as you are eligible to take admission with any of the streams and also your stream subjects do not have to do anything with the curriculum at the law schools. Also, law as a subject does not need any special qualities in a student but interest to study. Also, the career option has a lot of scope in near future and definitely it is going be to be the top voice of very student after their schools.

For this, you need to contact the authorities immediately to get it done before examination and even the release of admit card as once it gets released you won't get any reservation for this attempt. Also, your rank will be counted amongst the general category. You can contact the college authority and ask them for a ratification in this regard.

It depends on the college from which you want to pursue. Like some colleges and institutions, consider 50% minimum percentage criteria. And, in some colleges, you must have completed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream.

Yes, HR college has entrance exam for Admissions to Ph.D courses. It will be through entrance test- Ph.D Entrance Test (PET) conducted by the university.
UGC-NET/ JRF/ SET qualified candidates are also exempted from the written test.

When it comes to eyesight, the norm these days is that the candidate should have perfect eyesight (6/6) for at least one eye. And for the other eye, imperfection of up to (6/9) is allowed. But the imperfection must be a correctable one, correctable to (6/6).

I think you should choose BET CBSE or ICSE and PSEB, but CBSE board is better than PSEB, because with CBSE, you'll get better career options with CBSE syllabus in every field either engineering or medicals and commerce too.
