There is no course which can guarantee you a PR. If you need a PR, you have to get a job first. Hello Smile, if you have more than 75% marks, you are eligible to apply. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language requirements. As far as your board is concerned, it should be accepted, if required the university in Canada where you are applying will ask you to do some additional verification.
