In order to pursue your masters in mechanical from a reputed university, you must fulfill the below mentioned criteria:
1) Have a 4 year degree and score atleast 75% and above.
Note* 75% and above makes you eligible to apply to universities like MIT, University of California. Provided you score lower, you will be still eligible to apply to many universities.
2) GRE: Score atleast 1200+ in the GRE to make it to a good university.
3) TOEFL: score atleast 90+
Admission process includes filling an online application which includes the above mentioned credentials, as well as a SOP and 3 LOR's.
Fee depends from university to university and location to location. On an average, you can expect the cost to be somewhere in between 40,000-70,000 USD including living expenses.

Hi Sumit, as you have specified query under Australia, colleges you can apply for hotel management are le cordon bleu, blue mountains hotel school. These colleges are considered one among good ones in Australia and are completely dedicated to providing such courses.
To apply you will need to collect all your documents, fill up an application form and send it to the colleges. As you have not specified the level of course am writing below the documents applicable to both UG and PG courses.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). The basic qualifications for becoming an astronaut include:
