yes NZ is a good choice if you wish to make a career in the field of accountancy. Accountants are currently in the list of Skillled occupations- hence getting a skilled emplyment in NZ after completing an accountancy course in NZ will be relatively easy.
Also, currently there is a lot of demand for qualified accounts and finance professionals in NZ. Hence, getting an offer of employement should not be very difficult in the current scenario.

After completing your studies if you gain 140 points then you can file for visa. And if not, then look for a job then PR is almost sure shot.
You can look into : Victoria Univ of Wellington, Massey Univ, UNITEC and MAnukau institute of technology.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

In singapore it will cost you 40 lacs the fee alone, living expenses are extra.
Otago - admission is very tough, apply only if you have 90% above. If the perfomrance of the student is not good during the further years of MBBS students may not graduate with MBBS but may end up in Bachelor in Physiotherapy or even BA in Sociology.

There are so many departments in the govt where IT people are required. For example banks require IT professionals. To get these jobs you must write the exam to get inside these jobs.
