Firstly there is less to compare between your not getting the desired job and CS, but focusing on you second part of the question, I would suggest you to take a decision based solely on your interest and career preference. You should also keep in mind that you are already pursuing MBA along with a job and can you take up the pressure of qualifying the CS levels simultaneously.
If you are confident about it, only then opt for this combination, else you may first complete your MBA and then think of taking up CS.
CS is regulated by the ICSI body and to know about it and the related information, kindly refer to the following link

There is no fixed duration. You have to pass 13 sujects (for diploma holders)/19 subjects (for 10+2). Generally, it takes 3 years.
