4) University of Minnesota--Twin Cities
All the mentioned universities come under the top 30 universities in the US for electronics engineering. You have a good chance of getting admission in all of them.

Aerospace engineering is the primary branch of engineering behind the design, construction and science of aircraft and spacecraft. It is broken into two major and overlapping branches: aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering. The former deals with craft that stay within Earth's atmosphere, and the latter deals with craft that operate outside of Earth's atmosphere.

Sorry to inform you but you are only eligible to pursue a PG diploma from US/Canada. You are not eligible for a a bachelors degree as you have not pursued class 12th. Since you are eligible for a PG diploma, i would recommend pursuing the same in India only as alot of cost would be involved to pursue the same abroad which would not really be worth it.

Following are the score requirements of the MBA program:
1) GMAT: Atleast 720+
2) TOEFL: Atleast 105+
3) IELTS: Not required it taking the TOEFL. If taking the IELTS, then atleast a score of 7.5 would be required.
4) Cost: Almost 80,000 dollars per year including living expenses(while pursuing MBA)
5) Atleast 2 years of full time work experience is required.
