Pretty busy for masters and phd as well.
You will be busy with assignments, classes(2 classes of 1.15 hours per
week per subject), projects (3 projects per subject per sem on an
average), Oncampus job (if u get one, will be for 15 hours on avg),
teaching assistants(if u get one).

The places around the
univ where almost all the Indian students live is good except some
minor incidents. People generally rate 3 out of 5. But downtown is not a best
place to hang out.

The tuition fee is $1200 per credit. For each course we have 3
credits. You can take 3 or more courses(the max you can take is 4 in
CS and ECE). In your graduating semester, you are allowed to take only
2 courses if only those 2 are left and that costs you $6600

The cost of living is pretty moderate
and would be around $350 to $400 for a decent living which includes
rent for a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 people, groceries, utilities
like water, electricity. They can also provide overnight
accommodations on campus
