HI Niraj, do you mean to say that you have completed 12 in science stream and would like to go abroad for computer science course and need scholarship for this?
To be able to apply for scholarships, a student should first have an offer letter and good marks in 10 and 12. There are very few scholarships available and these are very competitive.
Some of the scholarships that a student can apply for to study in the UK are : Dr. Manmohan Singh Scholarship, Charles Wallace India trust, Goa Education trust, Common wealth scholarship, British Ch evening scholarship.
In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
