The best possible course for your would be a masters in instrumentation engineering as you have earned an undergrad degree in the same field. If you want to opt for another field, you can apply for mechanical, aeronautical engineering or industrial engineering. Not at all. You need to retake the GRE. If you want admission in a good university, then you must retake the GRE and target a score above 1200 atleast. The higher you score, the better universities you can apply to. I would also like to inform you that you would require atleast 90 in the TOEFL. If you score less than 90, you will have to retake the TOEFL as well.
