The best possible course for your would be a masters in instrumentation engineering as you have earned an undergrad degree in the same field. If you want to opt for another field, you can apply for mechanical, aeronautical engineering or industrial engineering. It totally depends on what you want to pursue and what you want to become in life. Have you asked yourself what subject your interested in? Are you good with machines? If you are, you can opt for mechanical. There are various choices that you can opt for. It totally depends on what you want to do.
The marks required in GRE and TOEFL to get into top universities are 1400+ and 100+. The higher you score, the better are you chances of getting an admission offer and a scholarship.

Part time or Correspondence MBA is mainly for those working professionals who are having quality work experience, say 5-7 years and looking for a growth in their current organization or Industry. As you are still a student, it would be better if you go for a full time MBA which will not only give you practical exposure but also helps you in getting best of job opportunities. As far as the preparation of CAT and MAT is concerned, as these Management Examinations are tough nut to crack especially CAT, it would be better if you join Coaching Institutes. If you feel confident enough that you can prepare on your own you can go ahead and do self study.

Hi Diana, London Business School(https://www.shiksha.com/getListingDetail/23937/institute/college-London-Business-School-London-Uk) does offer a lot of MBA programs and is solely a business school.
But LBS does not offer any MBA in HR or even MS in HR. They offer only executive courses of 2 days and 5 days to pursue which you won't get a study visa.
Would you be interested in other Universities? If yes, there here are some names that offer : University of Aberdeen, Univ of Sunderland, Heriot Watt University, Coventry University.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV, A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Why dont you go for PGDM/PGDBM offered by IIM./XLRI/SFIs.
The PGDBM/PGDM course curriculums are updated as per the technological advancement opted by the MNCs. If you are looking for better opportunity in corporate sector than you should preferred PGDM over the MBA.
Each and Every Private college having almost equal reputation as far as concerned about the placement. Only your efforts will count at the time of placement/Interview. Not a single recruiter provide you the job by looking the college /Institute name they will measure your skills/traits further it will be utilize by them to attain the organisation goal. So you must concentrate to the hard work and Stream in which you want to pursue MBA.
