The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the body which presides over the Company Secretary program.
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The course has three stages:-
1. Foundation course is open for those who have only done 10+2.
2. Those with graduation or a pass in final exams of ICWAI or ICAI can directly apply for the intermediate stage.
3. After doing the Intermediate course and clearing the exams one goes into the final stage.
To become a company secretary a candidate needs to be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries. For that one needs to clear all the three stages, gain practical experience and do the required training.
A company secretary needs to have very good Communciation skills, excellent command over English, analytical mind and ability to explain things to the directors and decision takers in the company.
Job prospects for Company Secretary are quite good and the scope for growth is also there. Remunerations offered are really good for company secretaries with salaries starting from Rs. 20,000 per month.

A DBA is a Database Administrator, and this is the most common job that you find a database specialist doing.
There are Development DBAs and Production DBAs.
A Development DBA usually works closely with a team of developers and gets more involved in design decisions, giving advice on performance and writing good SQL.
That can be satisfying at a human level because you are part of a team and you share the satisfaction of the team's accomplishments.
A Production DBA (on the other hand) is responsible for maintaining Databases within an organisation, so it is a very difficult and demanding job. He or she, often gets involved when all the design decisions have been made, and has simply to keep things up and running.

Firstly I would like to say that a no tension job is a "Myth"! So one should always be prepared for challenges, hurdles and pressure.
Now, as you are interested in becoming a DJ. I would like to say that DJ is one of the most challenging profession as one needs to keep themselves updated with the latest trend of music and need to entertaining the people by playing the song of their choice.
As a friend, I would advice you to go for this profession if you are passionate about music and can make the audience dance to your beat.
Also, DJ is an expensive field as the equipment and console is expensive. However, initially while learning, you can borrow it.
