Completing a master's degree program in hotel management or hospitality management can prepare students for supervisory positions at hotels, casinos or resorts. These graduate programs introduce students to advanced topics in hospitality and tourism. Most programs can be completed in two years or less, and many schools offer on-campus and online formats. Completion of a research-based thesis is generally required for graduation. Although most programs lead to the Master of Science in Hospitality Management, some may lead to a Master of Management in Hospitality.
Graduates of a hotel management master's degree program may pursue management positions in hotels, at resorts or in restaurants. They can also work in one of the specialty areas of hospitality management, such as casino, catering or food and beverage management.
Students who hold a master's degree in hotel or hospitality management may choose to purse a doctoral degree in to prepare for an academic career and research opportunities. Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
