Hello ,Placement of any department depends upon the college. If you are studying in a branded college like IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, Jadavpur university then department turns out to be crucial regarding packages offered. Except CSE and IT no department has done wonders on placement considering the whole batch. Placement solely depends upon a candidate and placement options are available in good colleges only. It totally depends on the personal interest that in which stream you want to get admission. All the streams are doing equally good and moreover their scopes are also same. Study about the stream and see if it benefits you in long run.
