To make a career in management it is essential to first gain knowledge and qualification in a field of your choice. For example you can do engineering or graduation in any subject. Then one has to do MBA through one of the good/reputed institutes and gain good relevant work experience (preferably shop floor experience) in the related field. Gud score u have got in JEE mains .and it may lead u to the much scoring term in all over arena of getting the gud colleges as well as gud career and the main thing happens with u is the consideration of the analogical and so much gud marks in 12th examination.some top universitites like LPU are taking admission and lt is also offering scholarshiop of approx INR 50,000 for the students each semester.so it may lead u to take gud placement also.and about NITs u know so much.so u can also get .if u will fasll under the required cutoff.all the best :)
