Dear Janki,
Dear Amisha ,CMAT cutoff marks varies every year depending upon the paper. Last year it was 170 marks, before that it was 224 marks. But this year, it would go down to around 150-160 for General Category. Usual cut-Off ranks every year: General Category - Gujarat Rank top 50, India Rank around top 4000. For SC Category - Gujarat Rank top 370 For ST Category - Gujarat Rank top 3000 For SEBC Category - Gujarat Rank top 350. So basically, you need to get the rank in to 50 in Gujarat. That would be around 4000 All India. Thank you. Keep Asking!

No, those will not be valid. you can not enroll for two degrees at a time.
If you mention that you have done two degree during same period in your resume it will be considered as invalid.
I would suggest you to focus on only one program from some good university like nirma, lovely professional university, pune university.

Percentile can not be calculated by yourself, it is calculated by governing body who knows the actual number of students appear in the entrance exam.
To calculate the kth percentile (where k is any number between zero and one hundred), do the following steps:
1 Order all the values in the data set from smallest to largest.
2 Multiply k percent by the total number of values, n.
This number is called the index.
3 If the index obtained in Step 2 is not a whole number, round it up to the nearest whole number and go to Step 4a. If the index obtained in Step 2 is a whole number, go to Step 4b.
4a.Count the values in your data set from left to rig

Dear Rajesh,
Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
