Hi Vicky,
In order to apply for any competitive exam, it is mandatory to do away with your backlogs. Also there is no set rule for the number of attempts, however, every college has a different provision for backlogs. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

But, don't be disheartened, you can still pursue your MBA dream as some premier institutes like INLEAD, Gurgaon, LPU and Sharda etc. are still offerin

Oh firstly let me congratulate you
See MNC at guwahati is a good option .
MNC is quite similar to computer science
And the packages are quite close to cse
The branch which is offered the highest package after cse is MNC
But if you are more inclined towards being a computer engineer you can opt for nit trichi or wrangal .
But let me tell you the true story if you are getting cse at the top 3 nits go for cse in it
Top 3 NIT's namely being
Nit trichi
Nit wrangal
Nit surathal
Else go for IIT guwahati

Hello Bharani,
We will not be able to predict the possibility of getting an admit as the TANCET is counselling based. Moreover, the previous years data cannot be used as we do not have access to the same and also it is not possible to predict because preference changes very often.
