I would preferably say you can do mca after completing bca. This is because even if you have completed bca from a private college you can join a government college in mca through nimcet. In MNNIT Allahabad the placement status of mca students is also nice and highest package reaches 60 lac/p.a

Hi Aishwarya, PESCE (Now PES University) - parent college of PESIT South & BMSCE - parent college of BMSIT Yelahanka both are enormously famous & reputed institutions. Both institutes leave no stone unearthed to make their sister concerns famous as well. I don't think autonomy or non autonomy will make any difference in case of these two colleges. Both are good colleges, take other parameters in consideration & decide on college.

Anyway autonomy also comes with its benefits as well as potential downsides.
